We bought a Lexus ES 350. Matt in Sales was very friendly and knowledgeable. We brought the car back to get it inspected and our minor service issues were handled immediately by our Service Manager, Ben. Geoff in finance took the time to work with us to get the best deal. Matt was also ready to explain any features, as needed.
Jordan was a pleasure to work with! He was knowledgeable and was able to tell me all about the RX350L that I was interested in. This was the first time that I have had service done at IRA Lexus. There was not one thing that I would have changed. My Advisor Josh was on point from beginning to end. Just purchased a RX350 SUV from Ira Lexus Bedford NH. Alex, our sales representative, was outstanding. She was so knowledgeable about the vehicles and so great with all communication.
