Rude employees in every department. Especially in the pharmacy. They act like you are bothering them when you have a question, yet they are joking around back there like they are comrades in disdain for the customer. Their products are overpriced. You pay dollars more for hair products then anywhere else.

I just had a horrible phone call with the pharmacy. Very rude. Spoke to me in a curt tone. I was trying to work some things through with my insurance and getting scripts transferred and I was a bit confused, and their tone seemed like they wanted nothing to do with me.
