Made an appointment to file my taxes with Jean and was refused help after waiting twenty minutes after the time my appointment was scheduled for. She was very rude and refused to help me because “my Id was not me”. Another women said she remembered me from the year before and they couldn’t help me but I have never been to this company before. I’m glad I didn’t spend my money here my time was wasted and I was disrespected. They told me I would have the same problem everywhere, the same day I went to Jackson Hewitt and my taxes were filed in twenty minutes for half the price. I do not recommend filing with jean she is extremely rude and disrespectful in every aspect not helpful at all.

I was able to get an appointment same day that I called. I was also able to get said appointment with the person I had do my taxes the previous year this year. The process was really quick since very little changed from the previous year.
