I worked with Donna. Went up showed me 7-8 properties. She seemed flustered and actually ended up getting called away during the showings, as she also works as an EMT.nnI found a place I liked and decided to put in an offer. She told me my offer was low because it was below asking and I would need to come up. I felt original offer was where market was and property had been on market for 90+ days, but still with her recommendation came up.nnShe told me I got a great deal! I was excited and ready to close. Then came the appraisal. On a sale of 148k the appraisal came in at 134k. The bank told me it is the biggest discrepancy they have ever seen at this price point.nnI don’t feel Donna did a good job of advising me where market was at. If I paid in cash would have been 10% above market value just to get the sale done.nnAlso didn’t feel like the negotiating was done on my best interest. We gave the seller unrealistic expectations of value, then couldn’t negotiate to get him down.nnWhat also annoyed me was I was assigned a closing company without any discretion. Literally had no say in the matter. She just told the bank who I was using without discussion.nnAt the end of the day I’m out $1200 in related costs with no closed home. Had to walk from the deal. Very disappointed as a first time hike buyer

I took my ex here on our first date. The zip line was amazing, it brings you right over the river and the view is amazing. After the zip line we climbed down the to the river. The water was very clean and refreshing. We spent several hours climbing and jumping across rocks and boulders up and down the river, falling in from time to time. It was a great place to be for people of all ages. I will definitely be returning in the very near future.
