I loved that the prices were on the cars when we got there. We didn't have to guess if the car was in our price range. John brought my daughter and I into the garage to see the car up on the lift. He didn't even blink when I asked if I could take it to my mechanic. He did a great job explaining the process to us for her first car loan. I kept waiting for some kind of used car sales run around but it never happened. The interest rate was exactly what he said it would be. The payments came out a little lower. My mechanics were impressed with the car and my daughter is thrilled. A really great experience. Thank you John and Louis. We will be back and we are both sending friends.

Update - I have changed my rating to 1 star because I have yet to hear from the dealership. I am very disappointed as my impression of them was better than that.nnI'm going to have to give 3 stars because although every one was great and my loan was denied through the company recommended by them - John told me he was going to sit down and figure out numbers and see if he couldn't do something for me and he was going to call me back that evening or the next day, he seemed really excited about my trade. I have yet to hear from him at this time. So that's disappointing and not good customer service in my opinion to not return a call whether it's a yes or no.

Winnisquam auto is a joke! I bought a 2011 jeep patriot from them with a rejected sticker not knowing. I got it it inspected and cost me 950$ for it to pass! 7 months later ( now) I need a transmission 3,ooo.oo $ I had a 30 day warranty and when I brought to them with my concerns they'd said everything was ok....sending me on my way with a rejection sticker. Long story short I owe 4,000.00 and have to pay all together 3,o50.00 to get it fixed.

Had a very good meeting with the owner. We bought a car here before and sent our son and he bought a car. We went back and my wife did all her paper work and test drove a vehicle. Well that's the last we heard from them. We were left with I'll let you know tomorrow as it was late in the day. That was 2 months ago, a simple call would have went a long way.
