The first few visits were great! She is very smart and diagnosed a condition I had been dealing with for years with no answers. The last visit however was not good at all. They are closed from 12 noon to 1 pm. My appointment was for 1:15. I was back in a room by 1:15 and should have been the 2nd patient to be seen. The walls are thin so I could tell she was seeing one patient after another instead of me. I waited for over an hr and 20 minutes past my appt. time and finally got fed up and left. No one even saw me leave. I don't think they noticed I was gone for at least another 20 minutes. Also I wish there was a regular receptionist instead of the nurse being the receptionist because when the office is open no one ever answers the phone. You just have to leave a message! Also the nurse/receptionist is extremely rude and mean! She should have her license revoked.

No appointment time are available after I get off of work so I always have to take time off of work to go in. I've gotten into the habit of taking half a day off because I never know how long it will take. I get to my appointment at least 10 minutes early and I'm always left waiting an hour or more after my appointment time before I get to see the doctor. The doctor is very nice and personable. That is the only thing that keeps me coming back.
