Windstar Lines

We recently had the pleasure of working with Windstar Lines and their drivers, Steve Robb and David Eisenhauer, during a Navy Reunion in Omaha, NE. The in-house staff were very pleasant and very easy to work with. They were quick to respond and very helpful working through all our details with us. And, the drivers, went above and beyond to assist our ADA members as well as make all of our members comfortable. They were both such a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend Windstar Lines to anyone looking for tour buses and I look forward to working with them in the future should the need arise.

We contracted Windstar to drive our team in Lincoln, NE. Our driver, O.C was great - super friendly, very professional and knew the area like the back of his hand.

I recently took a Colorado Trains tour which began in Denver, Colorado on one or your coaches driven by Amanda Neely. I understand this was the first long distance overnight trip for Amanda. I found Amanda to be a very conscientious driver who never once lost her poise even though she experienced some unexpected situations. We experienced many places that were not very bus friendly but Amanda was up to the task. At no time did I feel she was not in complete control of the coach. We traveled up and down some areas that were swichbacks on narrow roads, she handled these areas like she had been driving them all her life rather than for the very first time. I think the Windstar Company should be very proud of Amanda and that you are fortunate to have her as one of your drivers. I found Amanda to be very friendly, fun to be with and represented your the Windstar company well. She thoroughly enjoys driving and again you are fortunate to have her as part of your team.The bus was very comfortable, very clean and the outlets for changing devices were very much appreciated.

Decided to try the bus rather than drive and pay for parking in Chicago. Great trip and enjoyed the electric outlet so could work on my laptop. Although we had to have a tire changed on the return trip our driver Mr Hull handled the entire event professionally and competently, keeping us informed at all times. We arrived in Iowa City safely , only 90 minutes late. I’ve had far greater delays when flying, and often was less informed. Free WiFi too!

O.C. Serrell, Driver for Windstar Lines was an exceptional addition to our trip. He's from the area, knows all about city, recommended a great restaurant and is a terrific driver. He was very attentive and always ready when we needed him. Highly recommend you ask for him.
