Cornerstone Travel Group

Cornerstone has compiled an awesome trip for us to Ireland. When we inquired about an extended trip into Europe, they quickly assembled a wonderful itinerary at a great price. We can hardly wait!nPrevious experience-they bailed us out when bad weather canceled our flight and we were going to miss our cruise. They found us an alternative flight the next am in time to make it to the ship before it sailed. Otherwise the entire vacation was in the toilet! Felt sorry for the family who didn’t have a travel agent and we left them at the airport with no hope of making it to their cruise.

I contacted the agency on Jan 16th using their website. I got an email response on Jan 18 asking for more details. I responded back on Jan 21 after getting all the information they asked about. We had a bad snowstorm, so they then responded they were still working on options on the 26th of Jan. Despite sending follow up emails on Jan 27th and Feb 2nd, I haven't heard back from them. Didn't get anywhere with this company and will be looking for a faster response from another company.
