I like this store and their product a little high but good store

Usually they have pretty good customer service but some days of the week or esp. weekend it looks like thier customer service is like Amazon's. In short you are on your own and they are not going out of thier way for anything. Hey, at least they aren't making fun of thier customers so that's an improvement.
