Lincoln Southeast High School

As a graduate for Lincoln southeast I look back and am really grateful for all the opportunities the school offered for us. The school put primary emphasis on academics but also highly supported both the music program and athletics. The school has an AMAZING music program. The teachers there are wonderful and always supportive of the students. The school is very diverse and offers many opportunities to learn about other cultures and promotes kindness between all students.

I'm a sophomore and I love it here. Yea it may have drama or fights but really?? What high doesn't?? They have amazing opportunities for the students and the only high school that students make a club that is involved with the school. The lunch is bad to some people but it's better than some I have had before like fake hamburger (it was horse). The staff is really nice and helpful and really involved. There's like 30 students in a class (in most) so it can be a little hard for 1-on-1. But it's the best school I've ever been to and they are the cleanest high school in Lincoln. One of the top 3 schools in Lincoln(to attend and athletics). But THE BEST SCHOOL EVER

As someone who actually goes here and has an IQ of above 100, I can say that this is a good place to go to school. Teachers and staff care about students, and there's lots of opportunities to explore. I've loved participating in Marching Band, Concert Band, the Swimming/ Diving team, and seeing many different facets of the school. While it is true that the cafeteria food is like all other school cafeteria food, I can testify that there's no better place to go to school.

We have the best music program in the city, and we have people copying our style of the Pep Band. We also have cool teachers and classes. Yeah there's the outlier students that get talked about, but that's the case with any school. Go Knights!

I have only been here a month and my daughter attends southeast high school and I don't think it is appropriate for the dress code not to be enforced. the first day of enrollment I see so many young girl wearing shorts and dresses that their behinds and more show.. that is not acceptable and not safe or sanitary. it blew my mind when I seen this. In austin tx if the dress code gets out of hand they use uniforms school is to learn about being successful in life not to learn the women's body. if you go to this school you will see exactly what I mean I thought I was walking into a male strip club not a school. the school runs the kids not the other way around. WHAT EXAMPLE IS THAT SETTING FOR OUR KIDS TO HAVE LESS CLOTHES IS GOOD????? NOT FOR ME I HAVE A BIG PROBLEM WITH THIS AND IT SHOULD BE ADDRESSED!!!!!!!!
