Horizon Physical Therapy

I first found out about Horizon physical therapy, Through my podiatrist, After I had a total left ankle replacement doctor vest sent me to see Shane at Horizon physical therapy. Later , I need to see him for my low back especially L4 L5 did not have much cushion left then again I had a sciatic nerve problem over a month ago and with the exercises that they gave me to do in treatments I feel totally well. I have seen many physical therapist in my day and I always like them all, but I have gotten much better exercises and things to better my full body from Shane and his staff at Horizon physical therapy I truly would highly recommend them to anybody that needs physical therapy. I am extremely satisfied.

I had been dealing with pain in my neck for a very long time - many years. When I finally decided I needed to do something about it, I had an MRI and then went to a back surgeon. The back surgeon suggested seeing a physical therapist, so I went to one & then another, and then a chiropractor. Three years had now passed & in my yearly physical this year I shared my frustration with my family doctor. He sent me to Horizon Physical Therapy. Shane told me the first day that I was there that this would take about 2 weeks! Of course, after all I had already done I questioned that, but was hopeful he finally had the answer. Well - he was right! Two weeks later I was so much better! The exercises he has given me are exactly what I have needed along with some traction, and I am now able to have full movement of my arm without cringing. That was great and holding until I wasn’t going to PT quite so often. Both Courtney and Jessica noticed I had a knot in my shoulder that wouldn’t stay away. They suggested I talk to Shane about dry needling. Shane is amazing - he has such a gift for being able to diagnose where the pain is coming from and how to get rid of it. He was willing to do the dry needle on my shoulder, and he performed that twice. What a wonderful relief this has been!!! I am so very thankful to Shane, Courtney, and Jessica for all they have done to help me!!

I was referred to Horizon Physical Therapy for pain in my back. The scheduling process was very easy and there were no issues in booking appointments that worked for me. Shane provided a treatment plan and he and the entire team were very accommodating through the process. The treatments were effective and after a few weeks I was pain free. I would refer any of my friends of family to Horizon PT.

Horizon is a great place. Very caring and great personal attention. I had a plan created for me which was altered as needed for me to attain maximum recovery. Everyone is pleasant, respectful and helpful. I highly recommend Shane and his group.

Shane is a lifelong friend and now a lifelong medical provider for everyone in our family. Shane and all of his staff are kind, compassionate and explain everything very clearly. Because Shane is so practical and approaches each patient like his own family, he always looks for solutions that will work for each patients unique situation with regard to time, cost, convenience and medical need. Shane is a certified dry needler and he solved a chronic year old problem I had. I would have never trusted this method of anyone but Shane had suggested it!
