Venue Restaurant & Lounge

Went for our anniversary and had put in our reservation it was our anniversary. Showed up dressed nice hoping for a romantic setting. We were sat next to a family of 4 in a bright room instead of in the more romantic and dark setting off to the left of the entrance. Our waitress must’ve never been told about why we were out because she never said anything about it and treated us like we were kids. The food was good but we won’t be returning. Atmosphere is important for the money we spent.

We have been here a couple of times previously and have yet to be a disappointment. Food is excellent. Services is fantastic. The atmosphere is relaxing and inviting to enjoy your meal and company. Highly recommend requesting Andrea or Jaime. They are both amazing servers and there is no rush for us to leave.

Impeccable service, fantastic food. The strawberries on my salad were perfectly ripe, in APRIL!! I don't know where they source but I was very impressed. Their drinks are delicious too. The Blueberry mule is to die for and the peach basil mojito was delicious

I wanted to leave a review for the Venue at home experience. Our weekly meals have been amazing. With the pandemic coming forward in the last year, we turned to venue at home. Every week has been truly simple and delicious. As well as affordable.nnI’m leaving this review mainly because of last weeks paprikash. It has been by far the best meal we have had in the whole process. To the chefs and staff that prepared this dish, WELL DONE!!

Our party of 4 (senior citizens) arrived with a reservation for a booth. Server tried to seat us at a table and I requested a booth which she cleaned. One side of the booth seats were worn and cracked, the other side had no springs in the seat. Our server hardly had time to talk or serve us anything! She never asked if we wanted more drinks, told us when we needed to order because they were very busy and had no personal touch or friendliness. She was walking away before we had a chance to ask questions. She told us she’d bring us bread and finally did later. She never asked how our meal was or make us feel welcome. We felt like we were a bother to her. In spite of her service, the food was delicious.
