Blue is my favorite sushi spot. I appreciate that the vegan sushi they offer isn't just an avocado and cucumber roll. Their vegan options are interesting and special- in fact I had the opportunity to try the vegan dessert option and it was INCREDIBLE! The ambiance is nice. everything was excellent. i highly recommend

My wife and I ate at this place every day we were there. The staff was awesome. Can't say enough about the manager/bartender on Sunday. We live in Atlanta and seriously joked about going back to Nebraska just to visit this place again!

Amazing place and food! Do try Shrimp Tempura, Crunchy Blue, Thriller and Hotel Cali. Their crab coconut soup is my favorite.
