I AJ Hutchinson have lived here for over two years and truly appreciate the open minded and caring staff @24~7~365’➕nSupercalifragilisticexpialidocious like Mary Poppins says Regency Apartments will bring spoonfuls of sugar’s of happiness beyond compares very family orientated and everybody is looking out to help you if you’re ever in need. Plus a nice dog park and swimming pool area just nice to walk around the common areas and enjoying the safe securitynwe all love here at Regency Apartments.

I lived at these apartments for 6 years before I moved to Florida. I can’t say enough good things about everyone that worked there. Donna is an amazing property manager and maintenance was always working so hard to make sure everyone was happy. I truly loved living there!!!

I am very content with my apartment and the property manager.it's conviniant to be able to walk to pay my rent and if I ever need anything the manager and maintenance are always on hand,very polite and attentive to the residents needs. We moved our daughter into these apartments almost a year ago, We have been so pleased with how she has been treated! Donna in the office is so nice and we have really appreciated her! My daughter like many women these days, is a single mother and been through some tough things but has always been encouraged and treated well by management! I was reading where someone said Donna said unkind things about people of different races. I absolutely do not believe that at all! She is way to classy and professional for that! (My daughter is Hispanic, by the way)nnI also want to mention how kind and efficient the maintenance guys are! My daughter had some unfortunate issues and the guys were great to have the problem fixed (our responsibility) before my grandkids got home from school!nnMy other daughter is thinking of moving to Lincoln as well from Omaha. If there is an opening she will live at these apartments as well!
