The front desk guy, Brian, was less than accommodating and incredibly rude. Called to ask about early check in and he said it was out of the question. When we asked what the policy is on early check in and why they didn’t offer it he literally said “I’m not going to have this discussion with you” and hung up. We were only requesting to check in an hour early. I understand not all places can accommodate early check ins, however he should not have reacted the way he did to us requesting more information on their policy. I cancelled the booking and booked at Annabelle gardens instead and they let us check in early with no problem. I had 2 bookings to comfort suites and cancelled both and will never book there again.
The entire staff here is beyond amazing! Housekeeping is great, rooms are always immaculate.
Booked a room here on priceline and got charged when I called to ask about the deposit was told they had no rooms available. So u asked why is priceline and other 3rd party company's charging people for rooms if you have none was told that because the 3rd party has rooms it doesn't mean they're available. Still not understanding I asked shouldn't you tell these companies not to advertise rooms you don't have and further inquiry from my discussion with the front desk it's wasn't pricelines mistake it was because the hotel had rooms they just weren't clean. Hmm shouldn't like an owner or manager be up there either cleaning rooms or at least contacting company's like priceline and Expedia to let them know not to book anymore rooms? Those company's pay ahead of time for these rooms and if they can't be rented out that's pretty much theft right. I mean your charging for something yiu don't even have to offer, shame, shame !
Payed online through priceline then the lady wanted to change me $250 deposit because my address on ID is a Lincoln one. It stated no where that those were the conditions and I'm fleeing DV. No considerations or compassion :(
Booked this stay through a third party last minute because I didn’t have time to do any research and just needed a room for a few hours to sleep. The property is very nice, you can tell that they actually do their best to upkeep, renovate and do repairs. Don’t get me wrong, this isn’t the Ritz Carlton but the room was very large and very clean. Coming from hotel management of higher end hotels I was impressed. I’ve managed some hotels that just want your money and assume that location, certain amenities and customer service get past their lack of continuous, much needed renovations. The check in was super quick and David at the FD was very kind. Keep up the good work y’all!
