Comfortable and convenient. Jan Lee at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure my stay was great!
The Front desk ladies are ABSOLUTELY amazing! In my years as a business owner and even in operations for other companies itS sad to say but it’s very rare to be treated like family, or a friend by people working customer service jobs. People just don’t go above and beyond for their customers these days.. the mid shift girl, over night girl, and the am girl each were beyond a 100 percent. I hope this company’s owners are aware of their great staff, Because they are very lucky to have workers like those ladies, and during these times in a pandemic they are risking themselves to exposure constantly. They deserve recognition most certainly! I will always stay at this location when needing a hotel! Very pleased!
My daughters friends work here. Fun people, great customer service. Pool ,hot tub..
Kicked out 80 paid guests into -20 wind chills today when they had ready access to charge a card to pay for their rooms. They choose not to do so and now 80 people have no where to go in weather that is so cold it’s lethal.
Excellent service and price. Nice and clean.
