Awesome hotel, stayed here for the first time back in Augusta of 2020, since then when I travel for work and end up in Lincoln, this hotel is my home. Anthony, Jen, Andrea, everyone here is always friendly and amazing. The staff are A+, customer service is amazing and the views from this hotel are beautiful. GREAT concept! Especially if you’re an actual college graduate, because it will evoke good memories. Lots of decor celebrating the University of Nebraska and the state itself as well as the broader city of Lincoln. This was a total treat and a jewel within downtown Lincoln. Dare I say almost a destination in and of itself.

Are stay at The Graduate in Lincoln was wonderful! The hotel had a super retro feel with great amenities despite COVID restrictions.nFour stars given because breakfast wasn’t included and we didn’t know we had to make a week in advance reservations to play indoor golf.nOur room was comfortable with an awesome retro feel. We had an awesome view of Memorial Stadium!nGuest parking was convenient and super nice to have included in our stay. The exit card scanner didn’t work while we stayed at the hotel so we had to use the intercom system to leave the parking garage.

Fun hotel in the heart of downtown Lincoln. So easy to grab a bite to eat at all the restaurants or even carry out and walk to get food. Graduates are always decorated wonderfully to represent their campus town. Staff were great too!

This is an OLD hotel that appears to have been renovated many times. Honestly if I knew this was the old downtown Lincoln Holiday Inn when I booked it I would have passed. I have stayed at various other graduate hotels and have been very pleased in the past. It did not help that the walls are paper thin, my neighbor had a dog that barked at night, the street traffic was very loud all night long and my shower barely got above cold...not sure I could even call it warm water. To top it off after a bad night of sleep they were out of coffee creamer. I won't be back to this location and may just stick with one of the major hotel brands at this point.
