Hy-Vee

Very friendly employees and managers. Everyone willing to help customers. Pat at self checkout was extremely helpful and polite and the lady at the flower shop made my granddaughter the most beautiful corsage for her birthday. Store is very clean and organized.

I have no complaints about Hy-Vee, other than that their prices tend to be slightly higher. That being said, if you shop their sales and don't just buy something because you need it or it has '$x fuel saver rewards' you can save some serious money. I also love how they're continuing to add additional benefits (consistent additional fuel saver rewards, free flowers a couple weeks back, etc.) to their perks plus membership!

Really good place to shop... Helpful staff when looking for a product, but follow up on out of stock items was bad. I left phone number and name to be called when a product came in, and even when it hit the shelf, I only found out by revisiting the store. Otherwise, clean shop, well lit, and usually well stocked.

Every time I order groceries they seem to always be out of half the items and a lot of the times it tends to be the same items. Whoever orders the food stock needs to obviously order more of these items if they’re always out. Otherwise staff is super friendly.

The staff is friendly and helpful, the store set-up is very attractive and it is fairly easy to find what you need or someone to point you in the right direction.
