I love this ivy it's where I shop it's where my family shops it's really not cool how much you charge for apples but I deal. Just got me some of your delicious Chinese food from your food area. It is stinking up my car with amazing delicious aroma as we speak. But it took forever to order because the kid taking the order was so high he couldn't comprehend anything I was saying.
Really like their Black Pepper Chicken here. Best part is if not one of the regular items that day they'll make it fresh for you. Takes about 5 minutes. Now that's good service. Wish I had a picture but I've already eaten it.
I love hyvee and this one is no exception. They have great service and are super friendly and helpful. The only thing I wish would change is the prices seem to be quite a bit higher than other grocery stores. Budget cautious people will find it a bit difficult to shop here primarily.
Tried their pick up service with a certain time and rather than be up front and try and reschedule they contacted me hours after the scheduled time. Why offer a service if you can't actually provide? Not even an apology.
The employees are always friendly and helpful. I have grocery stores that are closer to where I live, but the produce selection, cleanliness of the store and overall experience is why I will go out of my way to shop here.
