Hy-Vee

It's a Hy-Vee.

We used this HyVee for my daughter's bridal shower and they catered food at my daughter's wedding.nThe bridal shower room was located upstairs and the room is very inviting. At the wedding we had pulled pork and it was very delicious. So many of our guest told us how good the food was. A huge thank you to Manager Ron and his staff for their professionalism.

Terrible customer service. I understand things are a little crazy right now as far as delivery service goes. I ordered delivery on a Sunday, dropped off half my order. I called and read them a list of everything that was missing. They had to call me back three separate times to confirm. They finally delivered the remaining items and still left out produce I ordered and gave me several doubles. I didn’t call back to complain, just seemed like a waist of time.

Always have a good experience at this location. I know where everything is at and always have friendly service. They’re always happy to help when you have questions. However today, when I was leaving I was attempting to put my cart away (I guess I was putting it in the wring one) and I attempted to fix the cart in front of it and one of the workers, I believe his name was Peyton who had red hair and sunglasses, came and I asked him if I had the cart in the right bin and he just looked angry, didn’t say anything and passive aggressively grabbed my cart and the one in front of it and put it away. That issue had to do with the worker not the store. But I’m overall pleased with this store.

This is a nice store. Its the closest grocery store to my house, so if I need something quick I'll run here. Also the closest liquor store. Only 3 stars because hyvee is so freaking expensive. For no reason either. Gallon of milk here is over 4 dollars for the store brand. Its half that price literally at Walmart. Anyways. It is what it is.
