I am a jewelry broker in the Denver area and wanted to find a reputable jeweler for repairs & possible future sales in Nebraska since I have many clients there. Plus, I love to support other businesses & help in any way I can. I called them and asked if they could replace a lost side stone for one of my clients and that I’d pay for it. When they took the ring in, they said it needed more work. Seemed weird since it was a brand new ring that my jeweler just had the week before, but ok, whatever....I wanted to start a new working relationship, so I believed them. When picking it up, they pulled my client aside, badmouthed the ring and the diamond, told COMPLETE LIES, judged her about it, and proceeded to try and sell one of theirs instead. Even if it was a faulty ring, they could’ve called me, so I could take care of her & replace it, especially since I was the one paying for it and the one that had trusted them & talked to them about it. My client said she would never go back to them and it felt like a slimy used car salesman way of business.

I've been holding my late mother's wedding ring for years, trying to decide what to do with it. It was too tiny to wear; too pretty to waste away in a drawer. Marty gave me several choices of design. I felt like a queen deciding on the crown jewels. I now have a beautiful pendant as he combined mother's diamond, and the diamond from the necklace my husband gave me for the birth of our daughter. I can hardly take it off, but one day will pass it to my girl as a treasured family heirloom. Thank you Akala and Marty. This year especially, you've given me a bright light and a happy heart.

Absolutely love this place!!! Marty, the owner, helped me design a ring and has repaired a couple of rings of mine. He does EXCELLENT work!!! Everyone that works there is so nice and kind too.. This is a trustworthy and honest place and you will not be disappointed!!! I highly recommend this jewelry place!nAbsolutely love my ring!!

I took in an old sterling silver ID bracelet that had been my dad's. He wore it for a long time so it was scratched and beat up so that you could barely read his name. They polished it and re-engraved his name and it looks perfect. It's like brand new! They knew that I didn't like being without it so they got it done several days sooner than they had promised. I mainly spoke to Laurie and she was wonderful. I highly recommend them.
