Piercing Pagoda

2 workers and about 3 customers. Just walked away about 5 minutes ago. I Knew what I wanted when walking up and stood at the counter waiting for about 20 minutes. Neither of the workers even acknowledged us and just kept helping people around us. At one point one of the workers organized stuff in a display right beside us and still said nothing. I have been buying jewelry from here for years and it has always been my go to but the service today was ridiculous. I didn’t even end up getting the stuff I came for because I was never helped or even told they’d be with me in a minute.

Drove from Omaha to get my 3 month old daughter's ears pierced and the experience was great. She didn't even cry and her earrings are perfectly centered. The piercer was very friendly and made the process easy and fast. Sterile and clean equipment and process.
