Hands down THE BEST experience ever with Andria!!! We tried going to other places first and the sales people were pushy and non-personal. The process was Andria was so fun, personal, private and super chill and relaxed. She didn't rush me or push me. We loved it so much that family members are now going to her for their rings as well.nnDEFINITELY GO SEE ANDRIA!! ud83dude01nnShe'll make sure to take care of everything you need and bring up things you didn't even know you needed. Lol

Best jeweler in Lincoln hands down. I visited several different stores in search of an engagement ring. First, they're the only place that didn't hound the hell out of me every single day after giving my contact information. Staff are amazing and actually care about your experience - at other stores you can tell that they only care about making a sale. Better prices and they don't try to scam you with fancy lighting that make the diamonds look better.

DO NOT shop here! I have had a HORRIBLE experience. I brought my ring in to be fixed, picked it up-everything looked good to the eye. Wore my ring for about a week and an entire inset band (that I brought in for repair) fell out and was never recovered. Nebraska diamond did not offer to refund the work they did (which apparently wasn’t thorough) and said well looks like you’re just out of luck-without have to pay a huge amount out of pocket to fix a faulty design. I will never shop here again and would never encourage friends/family to shop here either.

For the monies spent there was no time left to decide and when picking up the product it was in a shear pink small bag wrapped in tissue paper. The whole experience was very disappointing.nnWe were contacted again today about our review. The remedy they reference still has not been received. It was a jewelry box which should have been provided on pick up. If we could return and start over that would be great but that wasn’t an option.
