Between the managers stealing money from the safe, and the employees talking about their drug and alcohol habits, I just simply wouldn't trust them with my bank account info, or jewelry.

Only had one problem. My check was short so I called them and asked to pay the following week. Then a couple days later they had accidentally taken out the money causing overdraft fees. When I went there to handle it they gave me the money for the overdraft fees and let me take out another loan to pay off the negative balance. I have had great customer service overall and liked the way they handled the mistake.

They want to pay less then half of the value of the gold they're buying. Even completely undamaged pure gold (999,9). That's profiteering. The customer service is horrible. They think they're tough. They make these stupid threats without reason. They're the type of people who love to feel above others. If you need to pawn something you'll get more there. That's why they get a (1) star. Remember thougj, they're called predatory lenders for a reason, they prey off of the working class and are as greedy as the law will allow, literally.
