I cannot even give this place 1 star, I called re: my deceased Mother's home owner insurance & was treated so rudely by a lady that answered, not sure of her name, might have been Susan. I asked to speak to someone else, & she just kept saying, no we cannot help you. She wouldn't let me speak & just kept saying good bye. I just said you are so rude, & she hung up on me. I would never work with this group of people, they have the poorest customer service I have ever seen. I work at an insurance company, we would probably be terminated if we spoke to a customer like that. I had to give it one star to post, but they don't even deserve that

Did save money changing to Brokers. The best part was the quick service after the hail storm last May. Full replacement..
