Luckily I'm at my home, with a dead battery. Been a member for a year and the first time to use roadside assistance was 7:30 am this morning. ETA 12:14 am awesome. Glad I'm not on the side of the road or I would have froze to death waiting for help. At least tell me I'm not getting help instead of saying we'll be there soon.

Car is locked out while running and AAA tells us it will take five hours which means they will be here at 12:59 am so the car will be completely out of gas. Tried to call back and explain and have waited on the phone over a half hour and no one answered for 40 minutes. Now I have waited over 8 hours and they still have not come. Re-called the company and they said they have no one working in this area so now can't give a time of arrival. So I Just called a locksmith on my own and they will be here in 20 minutes. Total waste of 9 hours of gas and so much frustration.nnLast time we called triple A, they took over 4 hours with my granddaughter stranded on the side of I-80. I'm very, very disappointed.

I called them about a flat tire and they told me they had no ETA for me. When we made our appointment, they said our wait time would be over 12 hours.
