Outstanding customer service. Sherwin-Williams has a new customer.nI had bought a quart of paint from the local box store who also sells Sherwin-Williams paint, they didn't have the base I needed in SW, so used another brand.nI wasn't happy with the finish it was leaving, took the can to the N46th street store, hoping they could match the color and the young man suggested another type of paint, but they didn't have the base needed either, but the one of the south stores did. He called them,gave Bailey the info and I drove to pick it up. I was surprised to find they had already mixed it, figuring they would wait to make sure I showed up before they did, all I had to do was pay for it and was on my way.nIt's rare to find that level of customer service anymore.
Super helpful staff and love Superpaint! Worth the cost.
They are always so nice in this store. They are eager to help us find the best paint matches and have no problem making suggestions.
