I came from New Jersey where I converted of a foreclosed plain house into an artistic distinctive energy efficient home before returning to Lincoln. I bought several Lincoln homes 4 years before returning, where a life time friend and excellent contractor was going to renovate them. Unfortunately, he became incapacitated. I then had to hire project managers and worked with 5 different contractors and their subcontractors. There were long punch lists, when they thought they had competed the job. I discovered Ace when I met him as a worker for my last contractor who later quit.nMy friends say I tend to be OCD. Ace Renovates, LLC is now my contractor. Ace takes pride in his work and strives toward having no items on the punch list when he has competed your renovation or job. Like me, Ace wants his work to last so he can proudly say he did the work in years to come. He started working with his Dad on renovation projects as a child. Ace has grown from where he was a lead worker on million-dollar homes, and learned about varying technologies from the foundation to roof.nAce has worked with me for several years. Ace has shown me how to make a better end product, often at a lower cost. Ace has developed relationships with the licensed trades. Ace knows how to do the demolition work to enable them to be more productive which lowers the cost of the renovation or the build. When the trades do demolition, they often make it harder to rebuild after they do their work. Ace plans to be the contractor who not only will be proud of his work in the years to come, but also to renovate and build homes to be healthier and more energy efficient.nI highly recommend Ace Renovates, LLC.
