We have used Andy at Usher Pest Control for the past 10 years and we are so impressed with the quality of treatment and Andy is always prompt and very professional. Andy has always been so good to work around our schedule, which we really appreciate. Andy has taken excellent precautions concerning the current Covid pandemic and he is to be commended for that. We consider ourselves fortunate to have found this company which does quality service, affordable and takes excellent care of their customers. I would highly recommend this company.

I had to call and cancel the appointment that was scheduled for today 7/30/2109 because of a miscommunication. The guy (I’m assuming Andy) called me back to clarify my voicemail and after explaining to him the miscommunication he said “I hope your landlord stands you up like you’ve stood us up twice” and hung up on me. I have never made an appointment with this company before today’s appointment and will not recommend them to anyone. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I get they were upset for not being hired but to hang up on a person is completely uncalled for.
