We have used many pest control companies in the past, and the technician surpasses them all with his professionalism, attention to detail, and courtesy. The first time I called them over a year and a half ago, he came out that very same day. He always calls to remind me when I need to schedule my next appointment and is very honest and up front. Not out to make money but to do what is best for the customer. You won't find this level of service at the big chains and companies.

Thought our new apartment might have had bed bugs. Contacted this service and they immediately got back to me. I sent them photos of the bug we found via email, and they were able to confirm that it was not bed bugs and was only a look alike. I really appreciated their honesty and speedy responses.
