No televisions in the rooms? That's good this is jail, less than optimal food? That's good they could have good food if they'd stay out of trouble it's a punishment not a reward.
Food is trash, portion sizes are unforgivable. Some staff is cool... no tv's in the rooms? Fix that. Snack time only comes once a day? Fix that. Make it twice. The bread is hard, too. Phone calls should be free or at least a consistent $/minute should be set so it doesn't charge 2.50 for one call one day, then $8 for the same call the next day.... Put more jelly packets in the snacks too when you guys are bringing out PB&J.
