Professional staff, good team work! I always bring my car here for oil changes. Shawn has been especially helpful, he is a problem solver with any issues or questions. Would highly recommend.

They were very friendly! Everything was well orchestrated. I was very well informed about everything they were doing and was given recommendations about upcoming needs. There was no pressure to buy anything. There were no hidden costs. I also appreciated all of the safety measures they took. I will definitely go back.

Replaced a tail light bulb . Said I needed whole new wiring because the brake light still didn't work. My son checked the outlet and the part that the light bulb was plugged into was almost corroded out. Bought a $5.00 part, replaced old one and everything works fine. The workers at Jiffy Lube were so disorganized it was difficult to believe they could get anything done!!!!
