Horrible! Avoid this location at all cost. Food is always cold and stale. Order is never correct. Hot chocolate machine is never working or always being cleaned. Customer service is not even a concept here. We live down the street but I'm at a point where I will drive to a farther location just to avoid this one. Enough is enough.

I ordered food through doordash and they went to this location. The Dasher got me my McDonald's bag, but food was missing, as it often is from this location. I call the restaurant and they say they will put my name down and give me free food next time I'm in. I say well I'm wanting my breakfast so I'll be right down. I drive to the restaurant and the people at the counter and everyone around them have no idea what I'm talking about and barely speak English. I then have to explain the entire situation again.

So I order and then I told him I have a $1 fry off the app the lady took my bank card without leaving scanning for the code and I asked about it and she kept screaming at me no refund and was giving me a huge attitude and was really disrespectful to me while I was being nice and calm and in the manager came back and said all we do is give you a dollar or give you a fry next time while we don't even live around this side of town we live on the south side I am never going back to this McDonald's

Worst McDonalds location I’ve been to in a long time.nnHamburger was the wrong one, and the bun was hard enough to clank on a plate. Clearly 3+ hours old. Chicken sandwich was dryer than my humor.nnService was fine, just absolute garbage food. Wouldn’t eat this again even if it was free.
