I tried ordering a small pumpkin spice but they were out of small cups, and the cashier could have easily said that but he had to make a big deal asking everyone, Right we are out of the small, and then once i got the order, it had no sugar and when i asked for extra whip cream, they gave me a little drop off it, like dude im paying for extra whip? And to top it all off once i added the sugar, the drink tasted like hot water, maybe they didn't know how to make it, but this has been the worse experience ever.
Super slow and cannot use rewards here. Just go downtown.
I come here mostly for their nitro cold brews
It was just what I needed. I was tired from a long 30hr drive. They probably saved lives by caffinating me.
Constantly mess up my order after taking forever to make it and asking for no help from the manager. Then, after I kindly tell them it is not what I ordered, they give me attitude and look at me like I am wrong. They then will finally ask for help from a manager and throw my order back on the counter after completing it without saying my name or even announcing the order. This has happened many times.
