I ordered delivery online and after calling about a missing salad they said they would make one and run it out to me. Very appreciative of even if they made a mistake their professionalism and desire to keep their customers happy. I have also ordered from them multiple times before and this is the first time anything like this has happened. Love this restaurant!
Fast, friendly service, delicious, juicy meat on the hot sandwich. They helped a new customer learn their menu with suggestions and were incredibly polite. Not only will I be getting another sandwich from them, but I will be bringing friends and family as well.nnOh, and they are taking Covid seriously as well. So, don't mind the negative reviews about that.
Quick service during lunchtime. Would give 5 stars, but some employees had masks on their chin and not their nose or even mouth.
Their sandwiches are SO good with plenty of meat and quick delivery!!! I'm thankful Jimmy Johns closes so early or else I may have never tried this place. Now I will choose Picklemans over them any day!
The food is always delicious! Friendly service too. And the app is easy to use. Love it.
