Lincoln Bus Depot

Becuz the hours r 9am-1pm, not 9am-3pm as web states. It took me 2 hrs on city bus to get there at 2 pm, to find doors locked, pleny of cars n lot, but not one soul to b seen. Also door had getto ass tape on the glass door that covered the 3pm, and in marker- a 1pm written over it. Poor management. Irresponsible management. So i had to ride back home. W walkin and city bus it took 5 hrs round trip, for nothing. I was not waiting till 530pm to open. And the only bus east i80 leaves only at 4 45am. U must get ticket day before to ride this bus. Which means i have to make two special trips to trailways for one departure. One trip for ticket day before. Then one trip at 4 45am next day,to board. Now, there is no city bus at all to this location for 11 hrs prior to 445am only east bound departure. Leaving lincoln east bound i80 is a complete and miserable joke of a system they have coordinated within the trailways sysyem as a whole, and this station is a complete and miserable joke for those who cant drive. Plus winter. I hate this place honestly. How does one take there luggage when they dont drive? Worse system here ive ever encountered n any state ive been, or county. But im sure they dont care cuz they basically hav the only economical bus that goes that way around these parts. Thats y the pm depature was eliminated so sum ceo or district manager that can drive, can make more money or save his job each year.....probably

Not very helpful with first time bus travelers such as myself. The desk lady was rude and did not offer any help with tickets or what to do.
