I went in recently with my roommate. It was my first time ever in an adult store like this and can I just say it was the best. Great prices on everything, very clean and easy to navigate. The man who was in the store (I didn’t get his name but he was a taller black man) was also very respectful of both of us. He asked if we needed help with anything and when we said no he kept a respectful distance. He completely put me at ease and I will absolutely be coming back
Super helpful staff, the store is huge! I would recommend this store if you are in the area. The selection is huge and prices are very competitive.
Great store. Had lots of products available, lots of toys to try, staff was helpful while we were there. We ended up buying some lingerie and several toys. We will definitely be back.
It was my first time here and Dawn made me feel comfortable and a lot less nervous. She helped me figure out what I was looking for without making it awkward and helping my experience here fun! I will definitely be back!!
Bought over 200$ being told that we could return things to find out the next day that we were lied to. Only one item was open and it was defective. We were then told we could exchange all things for in store credit so I asked to speak to a manager. So after speaking to the assistant manager Jeff, who was mean and had very poor customer service skills, he then said we could only exchange the one item that was defective . He wasnt even in the store, the sales associate had to call. Never buying a product here again if this is how they treat their customers.
