I've always made out great at A-Affordable. This time with MICHELLE, the tradition continues. She was super helpful, efficient, seems like she cares about helping people way more than a lot of people who are just doing a job. 100% satisfied with everything. Fast, convenient, good value, and an incredible attentive and personal touch from Michelle in the midst of all this technology. Thank you!

Thankfully Michelle called me to remind my coverage was up very soon, I totally forgot. She was very helpful in getting me a new policy. It was so easy and fast to sign everything right over the phone. She saved me some $ with a helpful tip I wish I knew years ago. I've been with this insurance agent for 15 years and never had an issue they've always helped me :)

A few weeks ago I received a notice that my policy was being canceled by National General. Michelle Welch sent me some alternative figures and followed up with phone calls, explained everything to me. She was courteous, professional, and friendly. Send all the required documents via text, I was able to do everything via text and email, never had to leave my house. She was accommodating as far as my crazy mixed-up work schedule and couldn't have been nicer. A+

I would like to say that I called on Monday and waited online for 20 minutes before a recording came on telling me to leave a message. This was about 130 nobody called me all day. I called again Tuesday at 1145 same thing waited 20 minutes and again a message came on telling me to once again leave message. Well , at 500 on Tuesday I called back and waited only 10 minutes when Donna D. picked up. Within 10 minutes I had all my questions answered. I then received an e-mail within 5 minutes with other valuable information. This was from Donna D. She was awesome. I am only going to ask to speak to her from now on and nobody else. Give her a raise. She was great.
