I have always felt uneasy leaving my extra valued and meaningful personal items in a place away from home but I had to face reality... I just didn't have room. I did a lot of research in my area and landed on Gopher Storage in Forest Lake. Not only was the process of renting extremely easy but Mike and Dave, the managers, patiently answered all of my questions on the security of their facilities and demonstrated (and continuously have shown) the cleanliness of them as well. For someone who even anxiously leaves their favorite sweater at a friends house, I felt 100% comfortable and would most definitely recommend using this storage facility for your personal needs.
These guys are phenomenal. When we were first looking for storage, they were very open and honest about availability and pricing. They are flexible and understanding and it has been nothing but good encounters with both staff and our unit!
I've rented two units at the Forest Lake location. Excellent customer service - timely, courteous responses, and all issues promptly addressed every time. Highly recommend!
Like alot of people I have quite a bit of extra stuff. I decided it was time free up my garage and came across gopher because they are behind forest lake muffler. This place has service that is awesome! I have rented storage in the past and this place is leaps ahead in terms of everything. Will be staying here.
The new owners of this business, despite being heavily impacted by COVID, are still willing to work with people to help them get/stay caught up. I agree with what others have said regarding feeling secure that my belongings are safe (good security) and that the place is clean and well-maintained. If you've gone there in the past, since change in ownership, it really is a completely different experience so I encourage others to go by what the more recent posters have to say when rating this business.
