I was at the pharmacy today around 4 the young man who helped me with my prescription was very kind . I want to thank you I wish everyone in the world was as kind and pleasant thank you !!!!!!!

Such poor service on multiple occasions! This evening was the last straw. I came in to purchase 4 different feminine products. No one was in the pharmacy line, so I asked if I could pay for the products descreetly at the pharmacy window instead of walking up to the front where there was a crowd. Despite me expressing my concerns, the female worker sharply turned me away!nI told her I will NOT be coming back to fill any prescription in the future!nFYI: I have never had an issue with the men working in the pharmacy, but I have had multiple nasty experiences with some of the women. Two were absolutely inexcusable(an older lady both times). I actually pulled my scripts from there because of that, but decided to give them a second chance some time later.nnWell, after THIS: NO MORE CHANCES. Between poor customer service and common scripts not being available/fully in stock, this place will no longer be receiving my business. I would rather drive to a different city than to deal with their RUDE pharmacy staff!!n*I'll drive out of my way JUST to avoid this place!

My baby has a heart condition and is on many medications. This is the first pharmacy to actually help us and make it easy.

Transferred a prescription from target to coborns and was charged twice as much as we were paying at target and they couldn’t care less and simply told us that’s what they charge they pay more for their medication than other people do. Customer service was very polite but in the end only said to us that it’s unfortunate but they are just more expensive than other places. Absolutely no response or reason at all to the question of why a prescription that’s always cost $45 at the most at two other pharmacies cost over $92 at Coborns. Huge price gouging.
