The 1800AAAHELP Costomer Care Line is awfully rude and crabby... Its a wounder how they stay in business... They Hung up on me twice and I was happy and friendly to them by the third call I was not amused. .
AAA Roadside Assistance seems to lack organizational skills and customer service. This company has started to decline over the years. It used to be great to use but it's hard to write a good review when your paying for AAA and it takes over 2 days to get a tow truck and at that point I ended up just taking care of it myself.
