If I could give 0/5 stars, this would be the one.nPurchased a ticket online for a trip to the airport. Bus never showed. I was told I couldn't get a refund and the website says a 20% processing fee would be applied just to have my ticket looked at. Total scam.

Great bus service but no flexible cancellation policy (covid related). Landline is way better, you get more for your money too!

Always gets me where i need to go when it says it will. Very nice to rely on in these times and with winter. I just wish some passengers would learn to respect safety distancing, 6 ft pls yall ud83dude4f ud83dude42

Inconsistent. Dishonest about pricing. Discriminatory towards it's customer base.nnI.e. A young lady with her baby was refused service because of her car seat. Yet, a young lady with a cat was allowed on board today.nnIf I get sick, I am suing.
