EVERY TIME I go here there is a massive line. Do you only have one person working? I have never experienced a bank that becomes a 45 minute trip every single time I go. This time they didn’t have deposit slips. Are you a bank? Get it together! I am not sure I understand the hours either. Other banks like Wells Fargo are open way more than US Bank.
One of the worst US Bank locations. Every time I go here, their is a huge line, tellers are incompetent of doing their job and very rude.
I went there 2 times to open an account every time they gave me next appointment & I had to wait even though the bank was empty.
Went through the drive-through to cash a check. The Speaker was inoperative and could not communicate with the teller. It took over 20 minutes to cash a check with A-line backing up behind me. This place is the biggest joke of a bank branch have ever seen.nI was trying to ask the teller some questions about some information that she needed to cash a check. As to why she needed that information. They would not let me into branch so I could talk to someone! This is why I refuse to bank with large corporate banks.
This is the most incompetent, slowest branch of USBank that I have ever encountered. Unfortunately for me, it’s the nearest one to my home. Definitely will be changing banks.
