Worst consignment experience I've ever had. Took over an hour for us to be acknowledged when we originally came in to consign our clothes. That should have been a huge red flag to begin with. We also weren't told that the items we were consigning would be donated if they didn't sell. We had a lot of vintage clothes that we'd been collecting over the years that were donated without our knowledge. The organization system seems extremely messy and cluttered. I'll never be shopping or consigning here again.
