I have tried on three separate occasions to contact Sunrise over a couple of months. I sit on hold, then I am told to leave a message and someone will call me back on the next business day! They have never called back. A poor excuse for a bank. We have had personal and business banking with Sunrise for many years. Time for a change. Terrible service.
I use Sunrise (not by choice) for a prepaid card I have, and they are repeatedly charging me transaction fees that are not explained by my card's fee statement. I really wish my plasma donation center would switch banks.
This banks is disgusting. They start quickly charging ripoff fees to prepaid card until they bleed you dry. They are a ripoff
An absolute RIPOFF of a bank. These thieves siphon funds from customers accounts and pre-paid cards with all kinds of BS fees, and their customer service is atrocious. Call their number and you get a recording telling you to call back during normal business hours, and this is in the MIDDLE OF THE DAY! Leave a message, nobody calls back. Do yourself a favor and avoid these criminals like the plague.
We use Sunrise for personal and business banking and they are amazing. A year or so ago I had a small concern with the level of service at one of their drive thrus at a branch, they were quick to resolve the issue and we’ve been very happy customers!
