We loved working with Shawn Leimbek at Premier Mortgage of Rochester and Jon Espy at Infinity Real Estate for our house buying process.nnWhen going into this process as a first time home buyer, I had no idea how much work it would take to get a mortgage set up. I also had no clue that Shawn would be the most wonderful asset on our team, working tirelessly to ensure that we could be in our home without a thing holding us back. I stopped in to get information on purchasing a home twice now. Once with Jim and once with the owner. Man! Let me tell you.... this team is amazing. I’ve never bought a home before and was completely clueless on the process. I left with a plethora of information, felt confident and didn’t even feel the slightest bit of pressure of being sold. It’s a local business what I love. Both of them spent a lot of time with me helping me out without hesitation. I look forward to working with this team.
