Sometimes you are so blown away by the old-fashioned honesty and service and good pricing that you have to say something. We had two other bids, for the exact same water heater. Goff was $1k less for the same model and size. They came the same day (while the other guys were going to take 8 days), and they did not charge us for standard stuff that the other guy wanted.

Our water heater exploded this morning. Goff was the third plumber I called to get an estimate. By going with Goff, we got the new water heater today (other plumber couldn't fit us in until a week from tomorrow - seriously???) AND we saved $1000! Goff provided fast, honest, competent, professional, polite service. I would recommend them in a heart beat.

Last month we decided to finish off our basement bathroom. Mr. Goff was amazing! His bid was lower than the others we had gotten. He took time to answer all my questions and he was able to get the job done quickly! He and his assistant were friendly and didn’t mind my kids who were all home (quarantined) asking him questions. Mr. Goff was professional and very knowledgeable. I will definitely call him again for all our future plumbing needs and I would highly recommend him!
