Russell came over the same day I contacted him to give me a quote. I accepted the quote and told him I needed him to start 6 weeks from then. The communication he gave me during this time was outstanding. The week before he had the wood delivered and then he installed while I was out of town. The floors are absolutely gorgeous. Truly a professional job by someone who cares about his craft. I cannot say enough good things about this experience. Don’t think twice, hire Strictly Hardwood for your floors. You will be delighted.

This company came highly recommended and I was really hoping they could help me out. After several phone calls and messages and a scheduled bid that they never showed up to, I’m really disappointed they couldn’t help me out. I was left with bare stairs after an minor mishap with another product we were going to use. I called around and was told this was the place that could finish and install new stair treads. When I first contacted them he told me he was two weeks out and to text him my information and he would call to come do an estimate. After a week with no call, I called again and he said he could come the next day to do the estimate and never showed up. I called a couple times after that with no answer or returned call. I really needed help with this project and now am having to start all over in my search to find someone who can help me out. I waited two weeks just try and get him to come out and take a look. I feel if he wasn’t able to do the project, he should have been up front with me from the beginning instead of stringing me along for over two week. I could have had my stairs done by now. Very disappointed!

So happy with the end result! Easy to get a hold of, returned text messages timely and showed up at the scheduled time! He gave attention to details I didn't even consider. Will definitely use them again!

Great Company! They exceeded my expectations with the quality of their work and professionalism. Russell's crew were true craftsmen. Jose is very professional to work with. Don't waste your time with companies that just want your money and don't care about the quality of their work.

Had an incredibly seamless experience working with this company. They were quick to schedule me, quick to get the job done, and were able to help me decide the perfect color for my floors. Finished product is BEAUTIFUL! i couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.
