This is absolutely the laziest group of people I have ever come across. They do not call doctors and some employees even refuse to send faxes to doctors for medication refills (never had this problem, ever.) Never in my 10 years of experience with pharmacies have I had such unreliable, rude, and uneducated people take care of my medications. This is coming from someone who values politeness and forgiveness. However this place has pushed me past my limits.nnI've been to roseville, golden valley, and Plymouth for medications. This does not include the times I've been to other companies like target and Walgreens.nnI've had my last straw with this cub foods pharmacy. This place needs to be retrained and provided with a professional pharmacist that can do their job with integrity and proper customer service.nnI can not afford to keep having mistakes with my medications that I take DAILY with SEVERE CONSEQUENCES when I miss doses. This is not a job people should be lazy with. Get these people to do their jobs right, or get rid of them.nnI will be getting in contact with corporate. No one should have to go without the medications THEY NEED.

Still a challenge to use this pharmacy. Not run well. Unfilled orders. No call when ready Lack of communication. Delays to complete. If it is urgent medication, highly don't recommend using. Consider other options until they revamp their management & service. Like this for years now. Store has been revamped, but pharmacy need attention. Unfortunate.
