They don't listen and I asked a specific question but she choose to tell lies. I was already picking up a Percocet prescription and I had another prescription from my pain management doctor. I asked if I would have to wait to fill this other prescription. Now I can't get my other prescription for 10 days. Can't wait until I go to another pharmacy, never will come here again.

They screwed up entering my insurance denying coverage. They then wouldn't work with the insurance company to figure out what was wrong. We had to pay for the drugs with cash and work around the unhelpful pharmacist to get the insurance company to reimburse for a drug that I used to have no trouble getting at Target CVS or the Edina Walgreens.

Waited for a prescription to be ready for pick up for 5 hours only to find out it's not covered by insurance and they decided not to fill it. A courtesy phone call from the pharmacist on duty - ANDREW, would have been nice.
